Pandanus amaryllifolius Pandan – also known as edible Pandanus. Widely used in Asian cooking for it’s flavouring or used to tie and bundle foods to be cooked. It is a striking, upright plant that can grow to approximately 1.5m and enjoys the tropical, warm climates. It thrives in a partly shady area.
